Dan Lanning: It’s a Great Challenge for Us

Oregon Ducks Head Football Coach, Dan Lanning joins Doug Gottlieb on The Doug Gottlieb Show. He talks about the more physical style of play in the Big Ten and says they are well prepared to compete in their new conference. He sings the praises of new transfer QB Dillon Gabriel. And he’s not sure if he likes having a Friday game but he’ll let us know after it’s over.

Doug Gottlieb: “You guys are a very, very physical team. How much of that is in your mind and in the words in which you say to the players about the reputation of physicality with Michigan State, with Ohio State, and with the Michigan game still coming?”

Dan Lanning: “Yeah, it’s a great challenge for us. We don’t play, really, to the stereotypes. Like, we know who we are...”
