Another scumbag leaving behind his poor dog for his neighbors to care for! Not bringing it to a shelter to surrender him properly. Abandoning ANY animal is a CRIME!😡. I feel bad for the neighbors caught in the middle & glad a rescue organization stepped up for Lincoln. Sadly 😢 many don't find shelters or families to adopt them & they pay with their lives.😢💔🤘
