Over 98% of people who go into pet stores; constantly demanding to see puppies or kittens, are a major issue as well! These people have ZERO intention of buying that pup or kitten, but have no problems spreading diseases or increasing the requirement for these stores to keep new stock coming in. Also; many of these "low cost spay/neuter clinics" have weight limits, which actually add to the pet population problem. How many LARGE BREED dogs are seen running loose or at a shelter, but seldom do these clinics offer low cost for people on low income to spay/neuter their pet. Until ALL of this changes, this is nothing more than a circus show of griping.
