Regents School of Oxford shutout Lee Academy 10-0 on Wednesday afternoon at mTrade Park.

Regents got on the board in the 5th minute when Mary Charles Beckett lifted a shot over the outstretched arms of the Lee goalkeeper.

Harper Leach then added three goals in 13 minutes, scoring in the 9th, 16th, and 22nd minutes of the match to make it 4-0. On Leach’s third goal, she took a pass from Anna

Turner near midfield and dribbled it through several defenders before scoring.

Shirley Kate Miller followed up Leach’s hat trick with one of her own as she scored three goals in 8 minutes. Miller’s kick from outside the 18-yard box in the 26th minute deflected off the Lee goalkeeper and into the net. Miller followed that up with goals in the 32nd and 34th minutes to make it 7-0 Regents.

Beckett scored her second goal in the 37th minute to make the score 8-0 at the half.

Regents added two goals in the first two minutes of the second half.

Anna Grace Taylor, who normally plays goalkeeper for the Lions, took a pass from Leach and scored just 20 seconds into the half. Emily Byars followed that up a minute later to make the score 10-0.
