    Cleveland man charged with felonies by OPD

    On Oct. 1, the Oxford Police Department responded to a disturbance call in the 600 block of McElroy Drive.

    After an investigation, officers detained Demonte Cox, 44, of Cleveland.

    Cox was arrested and charged with domestic violence — aggravated assault and possession of a weapon by a felon.

    Cox’s bond is set by a Municipal Court judge.
