Baby #3 Is on the Way for GH Alum Michael Blake Kruse!

Calling Kruse, party of five! Former General Hospital star Michael Blake Kruse (ex-Rory) and his wife, Cara, are expanding their family! The couple revealed the exciting news that they are expecting another baby in an adorable pregnancy announcement on social media that placed their two kids, Harlow and Zion, in center stage!

A post jointly shared to the Instagram pages of Cara and her actor hubby features an adorable photo of 3-year-old Harlow and 1-year-old Zion seated in a chair, their arms around each other. In their other hand, the smiling Kruse kids are holding a black-and-white sonogram picture. “Baby, we can’t wait to meet you in April,” Cara captioned the sweet snapshot, adding a red heart emoji for extra love.

Kruse joined the cast of GH in March 2022 and quickly made an impression on viewers as rookie cop Rory Cabrera . For a while, Rory dated Trina, making the character a spoiler to the popular pairing of Trina and Spencer. However, the path for “Sprina” to get together was cleared when Rory was killed by The Hook that December.

Before joining the soap, Kruse appeared in episodes of Criminal Minds and Grey’s Anatomy. He’s also been seen on Chicago P.D. and as a government agent in the Marvel superhero movie Black Panter: Wakanda Forever .

Kruse and his wife welcomed their daughter, Harlow Blake, in November 2020. Two years later, Zion Blake joined the family in March 2023. We can’t wait to see if Baby #3 will share the same middle name as its big brother and big sister — and which way the child scale will tip since the Kruses already have one of each!
