Recalled edibles have been linked to more than 170 illnesses, and possibly four deaths.

At least 175 people across 33 U.S. states have reported “severe illnesses” after consuming Diamond Shruumz brand chocolate bars, cones, and gummies. FOX 8 reports that about 75 if those reported illnesses have resulted in the victims being hospitalized.

    From FOX 8:

In Ohio there have been four reported cases.

According to the FDA, investigators don’t know what is causing the illness, which is why it is advising that people not eat or buy any flavor of Diamond Shruumz brand chocolate bars, cones or gummies, which were sold nationwide.

If you’ve consumed Diamond Shruumz products and feel ill, you’re encouraged to contact Poison Help Line at (1-800-222-1222).
