I'm sorry to have to say this, but I believe that DCF was connected & of course they didn't do what they were supposed to do for this family, but DCF aren't the only ones who should be accused. I know that if one of my family members is that much danger & I've called DCF & other people than my ass is going on every news channel, If I had to I would camp out on the police Dept front door. There would not be no one or nothing that would shut me up. And I definitely would get my family out that house. And if Mom wouldn't come than I would at least take the kids. My point is that more than one is in the wrong. I no that no one wants to take responsibility for this tragedy but it can't be just ONE. I'm so very sorry for your loss. A child is the hardest to lose especially in this way. RIP Little Angel. U can finally be at peace.
