    Severe weather delays city of Omaha's road repairs ahead of winter

    The idiots replaced an asphalt speed bump at 156th and Adams St with a concrete one. then a week later, the contractor tore it out and put up a higher one with a drop off that the plows are going to damage their blades on. They then took down the yellow diamond speed bump, 15 mph signs and put up orange diamond bump , 10 mph signs. And they wonder why they are behind in work, incompetent supervisors.
