It depends if she was "STICKING OUT" in the INTERSECTION, then you are committed to GO‼️However, if she WASN'T, then that was a "last-minute" decision that she made, MOVING from her spot, where she should've WAITED for the next GREEN light‼️In the FIRST scenario (WHO hasn't that happen to) one STILL has to WAIT to "CLEAR" traffic, but YOU are a "SITTING DUCK" out there, most people UNDERSTAND(besides YOU are in the way) and LET YOU GO THROUGH‼️Bottomline ALL this could probably be INATTENTIVE DRIVING and/or MISJUDGEMENT.......🤔
