Well a few years ago I had AT&T as my phone carrier until I went to my local AT&T store to see why my bill was inching closer to a $125/month I still under the thought that I was still buying for my device nope that had nothing to do with it so I choose to switch to Verizon as they offered me a lower cost better plan. And when I called AT&T customer service to cancel my service the representative tried every excuse to convince me to stay on as a customer they told me we can downgrade you to a much lower $79.99 monthly plan but I wouldn't have lost unlimited talk & text I told them not happening I already switched as I started at a $99 unlimited talk/text/15 GB mobile hotspot monthly plan that grew to $125/month in 3.5 years I had enough of their price gouging which I haven't gone back to AT&T since.
