Even though I do not have a neurological problem, I live about 100 feet from these damn trains. Of course, during the day they don’t bother me so much but when they go blaring at night early in the morning all times like that, that can be extremely irritating and to find out that this can happen for the whole month of October is extremely frustrating. How could something like this that is so goddamn important get fucked up. I mean, I have a hard time sleeping as it is and I know we all have to deal with it, but for those that it can cause a great deal of damage I hope it does not.
