Maybe part of the issue is mismanagement. Rescuers are trying to get dogs out of town. Before they can even email. The dogs are already killed. They don’t answer emails. They don’t answer the phone. Mary Borys has no qualifications to run a shelter. The usda states a vet must be n the building when they are shoving needles into these dogs and killing them. Mas hasn’t had a vet in four months. The city has a mandatory spay and neuter law. No enforcement no resources for those who want. To comply. So what’s really going on ??? Oh and we are still paying the salary of the last director who cooked a dog in the hot sun
