The judge in my area just keeps letting mine off with no extra time for breaking his order of protection. Has violated his probation as well. Now the deputies are even afraid to violate him on his order of protection because the judge has told them that he is not going to do anything about it. I had a direct conversation with the local DA who is trying to get to the bottom of it himself, but it is making it hard when you are not the only case they have. My ex has told me he will kill me when he gets out (which is soon). What am I supposed to do?
