How much fossil fuel, such a coal, does ODP/KU burn to create electricity for the current number of 30-charging stations?

Do electric cars pay the same highway usage taxes as is automatically charged in every gallon of gasoline/diesel? If an EV owner charges from home will there be an automatic highway usage tax applied to their monthly electric bill? ...and how will the EV charging costs be separated from normal home electric costs? Since EVs are much heavier than standard cars will The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Division of Motor Carriers, require a KYU Weight Distance quarterly tax returns to be filed and paid?
