That happened to my dad many years ago after lunch he was in his 50’s after he ate lunch he said he didn’t feel good he started throwing up he had McDonald’s and thought it was from that. The other guy he was working with said to him u r having a heart attack so he called an ambulance he got a lot worse. Thank god that guy knew the signs of a heart attack. He ended up with a massive heart attack!
