    HALL COUNTY

    City Park Pizza

    City Park Pizza, owned by Trey and Natasha McPhaul, celebrated their grand opening on October 1st at 990 Riverside Drive, Gainesville, GA 30501. The restaurant offers New York-style pizza, calzones, sandwiches, wings, fries, beer and wine, Trey McPhaul reported to Business Debut.

    E-Gyu Revolving Sushi & BBQ

    E-Gyu Revolving Sushi & BBQ, owned by Young Gyu Lee, is set to open its second location at 635 Jesse Jewell Pkwy, Gainesville, GA 30501, by the end of the year or early 2025. Follow them online.


    HALL, COBB & COWETA COUNTIES

    Super Chix

    Super Chix, a fast-casual chicken restaurant chain, is expanding its presence in Georgia with multiple new locations, co-franchisee Keith Estapa reported to Business Debut. Visit the newly opened Marietta location at 4475 Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30062. Estapa also plans to open a Gainesville location in about three months, along with a Newnan restaurant slated for February next year.


    COBB COUNTY

    Brazilian BBQ Grill

    Brazilian BBQ Grill, a new food truck venture by husband-and-wife team Claudinne and Diego Tillmann, is set to bring authentic Brazilian flavors to Marietta, the owners reported to Business Debut.

    JINYA Ramen Bar

    JINYA Ramen Bar is set to open its new Kennesaw location (440 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144) in the near future, local owner William Chen reported to Business Debut. View their menu online.


    FULTON COUNTY

    Bro-Ritos

    Bro-Ritos, a popular burrito brand from New Jersey, is expanding to Atlanta with a new location at 756 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308 in the Coda Collective food hall. Co-owner Marcus Crawford, who partners with Jonathan Gibbs and Jarid Thomas, shared that they are aiming for an October opening.

    Delilah’s Everyday Soul

    According to owner Delana Reeves, Delilah’s Everyday Soul, known for its home-cooked southern cuisine, is expanding with a new location in downtown Atlanta (227 Mitchell St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303) early next year. Visit their website to learn more and follow them on Facebook.

    Emilio’s Tacos and Tequila Bar

    Lead Hospitality Group just launched Emilio’s Tacos and Tequila Bar at 1105 W Peachtree St NW Suite 5, Atlanta, GA 30309. The menu will spotlight scratch-made dishes, including street and specialty tacos, high-quality fajitas and appetizers, with guacamole made table side. Scott Kerns, a partner at Lead Hospitality Group, shared the info with Business Debut.

    Grana

    According to Pat Pascarella of the Porchetta Group, Grana, the popular Italian restaurant, is set to open its third location in Roswell at 1037 Alpharetta St, Roswell, GA 30075. They are aiming to open in October or November.

    Moreau's Famous Macaroni

    Moreau’s Famous Macaroni is set to open its fourth location at 3861 Washington Rd, Atlanta, GA 30344 in the first quarter of 2025, according to owner Scott Moreau. Currently in the construction phase, this new spot will bring the same menu that has made Moreau’s popular in Jonesboro, McDonough and Covington.

    One Street Over

    A recently opened elevated tapas concept is preparing to roll out its fall / winter menu soon, co-owner Faven Ressom told Business Debut. One Street Over fuses the flavors of India, Ethiopia and Eritrea, drawing on the heritages of owners Mable Abraham and Faven Ressom. One Street Over has achieved only five star reviews on Google since debuting at 12 W Peachtree Pl NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.

    Pizza Bar Buckhead

    Pizza Bar Buckhead, owned by Ariane Trammell, is set to open at 49 Bennett St a, Atlanta, GA 30309. They will offer specialty pizzas like jerk chicken pizza, vegan pizza and seafood seafood pizza, along with the option to build your own pizza, Trammell said.


    DEKALB COUNTY

    Agave Bandido

    Florida-based brand Agave Bandido is about to make their debut in Dunwoody (120 High St #200, Dunwoody, GA 30346), close to Perimeter Mall, president of Wolverine Management Matthew Baum reported to Business Debut. The new location is opening on October 7th. Follow the brand online.

    CT Taqueria

    CT Taqueria, a family-owned restaurant, is preparing to open its 6th location at the Campus 244 development, located at 244 Campus Wy Suite 1, Dunwoody, GA 30346. Business Debut found the information first in Discover Dunwoody. They hope to open in December or January, according to co-owner Ricardo Jaime.

    D&M Jamaican Restaurant

    D&M Jamaican Restaurant is preparing to open its third location at 1525 E Park Pl Blvd, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 very soon, co-owner Marlene Fuller reported to Business Debut. They will serve authentic Jamaican cuisine in a lounge setting.

    NFA Burger

    NFA Burger, the beloved burger restaurant based out of a gas station on Chamblee Dunwoody Road, is expanding into four new locations across Atlanta, owner Billy Kramer shared with Business Debut. Business Debut first came across the news in Rough Draft Atlanta.

    Teriyaki Madness

    A new location of Teriyaki Madness is in the works for Sandy Springs, franchisee Gonzalo de Aristegui shared with Business Debut. He anticipates opening by December. Aristegui is also involved in opening Gianni & Mac's in Marietta.


    FORSYTH & DEKALB COUNTIES

    Desi District

    Desi District, a Dallas-based fast-casual Indian restaurant chain, is set to open its first Georgia locations in Cumming and Dunwoody, franchisee Praneeth Koppula reported to Business Debut. The Cumming location, scheduled to open in the first week of October, will be at 4350 Bethelview Rd, Cumming, GA 30040, in a new development.


    FORSYTH COUNTY

    Badmaash Bar and Restaurant

    Badmaash Bar and Restaurant, an Indian American fusion spot owned by Srinivas Nathani, is set to open at 2770 Atlanta Hwy #500, Cumming, GA 30040 in October. Nathani revealed that the venue will feature a full bar and dance floor and will host events like bingo nights, DJs and local band performances.


    BARROW COUNTY

    Shells and Scales Seafood

    Edmund Nelson is preparing to open Shells and Scales Seafood, a family-style fast-casual restaurant in downtown Statham, Nelson reported to Business Debut. The seafood concept will be located at 1907 Atlanta Hwy SE, Statham, GA 30666.


    HENRY COUNTY

    Hungry Station

    Hungry Station, owned by Bing Liu, just opened their doors in one of the suites at 1883 Jonesboro Rd, McDonough, GA. Lui shared with Business Debut that Hungry Station has a revolving sushi bar and a Mongolian grill.


    MULTIPLE COUNTIES

    Volcano Steak and Sushi

    Three new locations of Volcano Steak and Sushi are in the works for Dawsonville, Marietta and McDonough, manager Jenny Lin told Business Debut. The Marietta and Dawsonville locations are planned to open in seven or eight months, Lin said. McDonough will open in about a year, she said. Follow the brand online.


    CARROLL COUNTY

    Gabe's Downtown

    Gabe's Downtown, a restaurant concept by Gabe and Tami Toups, is set to reopen in Villa Rica at 129 Main St, Villa Rica, GA 30180 on December 1st, Gabe Toups shared with Business Debut. The City Menus reported the news initially. Follow the brand online to read more about its Louisiana-inspired menu.

    San Andrés Mexican Restaurant

    A new Publix Shopping Center in Villa Rica will include San Andrés Mexican Restaurant, owner Robert Trivino shared with Business Debut. The restaurant is planning to open in December or January and is under construction currently. Find San Andrés at 103 Mirror Lake Connector Unit 210, Villa Rica, GA 30180.


    COLUMBIA COUNTY

    Eggs Up Grill

    Eggs Up Grill is expanding in the greater Augusta area with four new locations, franchisee Clarissa Knotts told Business Debut. The first location is set to open in November or early December at 1200 Town Park Ln, Evans, GA 30809. Knotts' fiancé, Kevin Patrick, will serve as the general manager and will oversee operations for the restaurants. Business Debut first read the story in Augusta Good News.

    Towne Center Tavern

    Towne Center Tavern, owned by Shawn and Katy Ledford, is gearing up for a late December or early January opening at 7025 Evans Town Center Blvd, Evans, GA 30809, located in The Meybohm Building at the Plaza.

    Ledford reported that the restaurant will focus on elevated bar food while maintaining a relaxed and welcoming environment for families. Business Debut first came across the news in Augusta Business Daily.


    RICHMOND COUNTY

    Thumbs Up Diner

    Thumbs Up Diner, an Atlanta-based breakfast restaurant chain, is expanding to Augusta, owner Lou Locricchio reported to Business Debut. The new franchise location will be at 1297 Ellis St, Augusta, GA 30901. Visit Thumbs Up Diner online.


    HOUSTON COUNTY

    DosBros

    A new location of DosBros, a growing build-your-own-burrito chain, is opening in Warner Robins, franchisee Sunny Patel shared with Business Debut. The new restaurant is under construction at 1012 SR 96, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

    Tenmii Japanese

    Tenmii Japanese, owned by Kusmayadi “Han” Djunaidi and Vita Tjhin, is planning to open its second location inside a new shopping center being constructed in Warner Robbins (1012 SR 96 Suite 2, Warner Robins, GA 31088) by January 2024, Han reported to Business Debut. We came across the new first in The Telegraph.


    WORTH COUNTY

    Ed's Truckstop

    Ed's Truckstop, a staple of Poulan, Georgia since 1964, is preparing to re-open by the end of the year, owner Gail Lee told Business Debut. The longstanding business shut down in early 2024 after a fire broke out and consumed the building at 209 US-82, Poulan, GA 31781. Business Debut initially came across the news from WALB News.


    CHATHAM COUNTY

    Veratina

    Veratina, an Italian restaurant with Southern inspiration, is set to open near Forsyth Park in Savannah by the end of October, according to owners and husband-and-wife team Alicia Farrell and James Ciminillo. They will offer a fusion of homemade pastas and pizzas and local southern ingredients and dishes.

    BULLOCH & CHATHAM COUNTIES

    Wingz University

    According to owner Eli Porter, Wingz University opened September 16th at 2115 E Gwinnett St, Savannah, GA. They offer wings, waffle fries, Philly cheesesteaks and loaded Philly cheesesteak fries. Porter shared they will soon reopen at 323 W Main St, Statesboro, GA 30458 and will open a food truck by the end of the year.
