According to a recent permit filing, Jamjuree Thai Cuisine will soon undergo a change of hands at 509 15th Avenue E.

A representative of Jamjuree Thai Cuisine was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official date for the change and what that will mean for Jamjuree have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, the assumption was filed under Kesone Bounma and Kesone LLC.

Realtor states that the property was built in 1929. The property is stated to boast 6,120 square feet and is marked as being “off market.”

Jamjuree Thai Cuisine’s website states, “The food we serve at Jamjuree is healthy and delicious. Our ingredients are fresh and we cater to all types of dietary requirements. Check out our flavorful menu and get in touch to make a reservation!”
