This this is for Clay county to because if you want an extra garbage can you’ll have to pay $60 and $15 every three months now you can get plastic bags and put the plastic bags out but you have to go to your local library and pay four dollars for a sticker for them to pick it upnot a shitty way to screw Clay county or what if we don’t wake up, we’re gonna be controlled by everything under the sun
