I was born in 1961. My parents used to take us to every year sometimes twice a year.I was blessed to be able to take my daughter there prior to the time they ended up closing. I have so many fond memories. Powwow, horseback riding, hiking course living in the Teepees Jumping off the bridge into the creek That was special after the powwows I’ve always loved that even prior to the time that they open the resort My grandmother used to stay in one of the cottages or she could watch us in the swimming pool 6 of us Currently, I’m in a wheelchair so the drive would not be feasible for where I live now But I am definitely after I’m up and walking. Going to bring my grandchildren back over there the magic of the reservation as far as I’m concerned is alive and well. The beautiful night skies The warm weather So much history
