The New York Jets added quarterback Aaron Rodgers to the team's injury report on Wednesday, citing "knee soreness" for the veteran QB following Week 4's loss to the Denver Broncos.

“I’m feeling a little banged up. Took some shots. Knee is a little swollen. But you know, just kind of wear and tear, Week 4,” Rodgers said during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show Tuesday.

Rodgers was limited in practice throughout the week, but removed from the injury report on Friday.

Despite Rodgers' removal from the injury report, the Jets made an interesting quarterback move on Saturday.

The New York franchise elevated rookie quarterback Adrian Martinez from the practice squad for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings in London.

This moves gives the Jets three active quarterbacks for the first time this season.

Martinez, an undrafted quarterback out of Nebraska, will be the Jets' third-string QB option behind Rodgers and primary backup Tyrod Taylor.

Sunday's overseas matchup against the Vikings will kickoff at 9:30 a.m. ET from London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
