They are talking about older Republican appointed judges retiring if Trump gets elected, so he can appoint more Republican judges. Same goes for older Democrat appointed judges. They will retire if Harris gets elected, so she can appoint Democratic judges.

Exactly why the loyalists in the Supreme Court granted immunity to presidents. People don't research enough. this election decides if we stay a democracy or become a dictatorship.
