The Alabama Crimson Tide did the unthinkable on Saturday.

A loss in a trap game you could see coming a mile away , the Tide failed to heed the warning of HC Kalen DeBoer and they paid dearly for it.

Well, after the game it was safe to say that emotions were running high for many in Crimson and White, including Captain Malachi Moore:

    DeBoer addresses Moore's end-of-game antics.

"Yeah, he was much better in the locker room," said DeBoer in a postgame presser when asked about Malachi Moore's antics at the end of the game. "The guy pours everything into what he does. It doesn't make it ok because we have to be first class in everything we do. There are a lot of guys that are really frustrated. The key is that we turn those frustrations into positives moving forward and make sure we don't feel what we are feeling here tonight, and remember that feeling tomorrow, and Tuesday and Wednesday and all season long...

"...So with Malachi, I'm 100% confident he will do that. The frustration out there comes from the work that he puts in. There were a couple of guys that were critical from day one, from the day I got here, that put their foot down and believed in this place and he was certainly one of them. We are going to continue to believe in him. He leaves it all out on the football field not only every game but every day. He's very vocal and we need him to continue to be that way."

For Moore, the behavior is unacceptable given his captaincy and experience as a graduate student. That much is clear. But I think most Tide fans would be more upset if he and the rest of the squad rolled over like they didn't just put out one of the most embarrassing performances in recent memory.

We'll see how he and the rest of the Tide rebound down the back half of the season.
