    Hispanic American Foundation holds annual Noche de Gala

    TULSA, Okla. — The Hispanic American Foundation held their biggest fundraiser of the year in Tulsa this weekend.

    The non-profit organization hosted their 33rd annual "Noche de Gala" event at the Southern Hills County Club in south Tulsa Saturday night.

    FOX23's Rick Maranon emceed the event.

    The president of the Hispanic American Foundation, Jacob Parra, spoke with FOX23 about how the organization helps the community.

    "The Hispanic American Foundation gives out educational grants and scholarships every year as well as hosting different cultural and arts festivals that serve to the Hispanic community," said Parra. "I mean just seeing this, I can't imagine what next year is going to be like, and all the festivals that we're planning to do this next coming year, it's just going to grow bigger and bigger."
