Motorcyclist killed in crash with bus in Gardena

GARDENA (CNS) - A motorcyclist was killed when his vehicle rear-ended a bus and struck another vehicle in Gardena, authorities said Sunday.

The crash occurred at 6:10 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Western Avenue and 139th Street, the Gardena Police Department reported.

The biker was going southbound on Western when the motorcycle rear- ended a bus and struck the other vehicle. Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
