The Portland Winterhawks are 4-1, after a couple home victories in the Western Hockey League.

And now they go on the road for four games, starting with Prince George on Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 8-9.

You can follow the Hawks here .

Portland won in stunning fashion on Saturday at Veterans Memorial Coliseum,. Ryan Miller, who had two goals Friday in a win against Victoria, scored with three seconds left Saturday on an assist from Tyson Yaremko as the Winterhawks beat Prince George 3-2.

Josh Zakreski had scored late in the second period to tie it, 2-2. Hudson Darby scored earlier in the game.

The Hawks have a good young goaltending tandem, it appears. Ondrej Stebetak stopped 39 shots on Friday, and then Marek Schlenker made 38 saves on Saturday.

Along with the PG games, the Hawks also play at Kelowna (Friday, Oct. 11) and Seatle (Saturday, Oct. 12).

The Hawks return to VMC to host Kamloops (Oct. 17) and Everett (Oct. 19).
