The super majority WV legislature only cuts services, education, and $150 million from Medicaid + 2/3 federal matching funds while gifting Bil Gates and Jeff Bezos $290 million of our tax funds and giving themselves a raise. They aren't going to cut our taxes, only our services. We are rated on the bottom in economy, Education, roads, health care with the life expectancy just lowered from 73 to 71 while nationally it's 76, lowered from 78. We have gotten #1 in something, poisoning deaths, mostly ODs, with the republican candidate for governor having taken over $100,000 from a major pharma manufacturer of opioids to lobby for them. But having that tag of republican it doesn't matter that he works for an opioid manufacturer. And that's why West Virginia is on the bottom.
