Americans live busy lives, with jobs, social events, family, and more taking up precious time, which means we go for convenience whenever we can. Sometimes that means grabbing some fast food at the nearest drive-thru or fast-casual restaurant.

The United States has over 207,000 fast-food restaurants, and not surprisingly, McDonald’s has more locations than any other chain. California leads the way with nearly 39,000 fast-food places, followed by Texas and New York.

Data from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) shows that 37% of American adults eat fast food on any given day, leading to a staggering $278 billion in revenue for the industry.

What that 37% of people may not (or may) know is just how many calories they’re consuming when they grab that quick burger. 24/7 Tempo set out to find some of the fast-food burgers with over 1,000 calories, a huge portion of the average person’s daily recommended caloric intake. Luckily, most restaurants these days include the number of calories each item contains on their menus, so keeping track shouldn’t be an issue. You can also usually find nutritional information on the company’s website.

Here are the 10 fast-food burgers with over 1,000 calories each. (For related reading, here are 20 things you should never eat at fast-food chains .)

Red Robin: Whiskey River BBQ Burger

Red Robin is famous for their juicy and flavorful burgers with nearly 30 listed on their menu. Pictured is the Whiskey River BBQ burger, with Whiskey River BBQ Sauce, crispy onion straws, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Calories for this concoction? 1,200. If you add fries (Red Robin serves bottomless steak fries) and a soda, you can easily top 2,000 calories for this meal.

Helpfully, Red Robin has a nutrition calculator on their website to help you plan your meal if you meticulously track your calories and you’re going to eat in one of their over 500 restaurants in the U.S.

(Pictured is the Double Guacamole Bacon Angus Burger with fried zucchini as a side at 330 calories.)

This burger comes with two charbroiled all-beef patties, guacamole, two strips of bacon, melted pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, sliced onions, and Santa Fe sauce on a seeded bun.

It takes some math skills to figure out just how many calories you’re getting in a burger from Five Guys. They have a lot of available toppings, from A1 Sauce to grilled mushrooms, so depending on how you like your burger, you can easily rack up the calories. (Or you might see more calories in a side of fries here!)

For this article, we’ll go with the Bacon Cheeseburger, a popular menu staple. It has 1,060 calories and consists of two patties, two pieces of bacon, and American-style cheese on a bun. You can then add the aforementioned toppings, which also include the usual lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments, or you can ask for grilled onions or jalapeno peppers.
