    Kiscaden promoted to Executive Vice President of Dover Federal Credit Union

    DOVER—Dover Federal Credit Union has announced that Donna Kiscaden, formerly its Chief Financial and Risk Officer, has been promoted to Executive Vice President.

    According to the company, Ms. Kiscaden has over 30 years of management experience, has a bachelor's in accounting from Neumann University and a master's in business administration in Executive Management from Eastern University.

    “I’m thrilled to continue working alongside the Executive Team in my new role. My focus is on growing our Credit Union through our commitment to our many communities while further enhancing our operations and workflows,” she said. “Dover Federal Credit Union’s positive culture reflects both internally and externally and I look forward to influencing new initiatives for our long-term success.”

    In her new position, the company says that Ms. Kiscaden will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer for the Finance and Accounting, Operations and Compliance departments as well as providing oversight for the organization’s Information Technology.
