I was at the Stardust Implosion and the Frontier Implosion. Cool to see and be a part of. As a 30+ year resident of Las Vegas, I can honestly say I didn't care for the Tropicana. Rarely went there, had no friends or relatives that visited or stayed there. It changed ownership a few times over those years, and none of them put any $ back into it. It was just a rotting casino. Glad to see it go away. Putting a baseball field on that very valuable piece of dirt on a prime corner on the strip is just the biggest fail I can think of. This city is going to hell in a handbasket.
