Lawyer will probably get the DUI (and associated refusal) thrown out. If he didn't get stopped *immediately* after the accident they can't prove he was drunk at the time of the crash. Getting drunk pretty early. So many crazy ass people on the road these days. Drunk/high, no insurance, aggressive, paying more attention to the phone than the road. Scary.
