was the baby in ICU at the time. If not, what parent wouldn't be with their child. It also depends on how high that chair was from that floor and was the baby knocked out at any time doing the fall. Yes, the hospital needs to show some video. That seatbelt wasn't adjusted right, or the baby was too small and came out of that swing with the movement of it. Again, where were any family members? nurses can't babysit.
