Missed Extra Points Prove Costly for Timberwolves in Double OT loss to Bulldogs

(Corning, IA) — Sometimes an extra point can make a difference — for Southwest Valley, last week’s game came down to an extra point as Riverside beat the Timberwolves 33-32 in double overtime. The T-Wolves just simply do not have a kicker on their small roster so they go for two after every score. In the 2nd OT after a Valley TD, the 2 point conversion failed and the Bulldogs were able to score and kick an extra point and that was the game.
