The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce's third annual Women In Business Seminar is Oct. 17.

The luncheon is being held in celebration of National Business Women’s Week.

Presented by the city of Canton, this year’s event will be held at the Timbers on Etowah, located within The Mill on Etowah at 225 Reformation Parkway in Canton.

The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. with registration and networking, and is set to conclude by 2:30 p.m.

Tickets are available to both chamber members and the general public.

The cost is $75 for chamber members and $100 for future members, and includes the program, luncheon, and hospitality coffee bar sponsored by Teal Marketing. Additional sponsors include Allegro Business Products, Cherokee Family Violence Center, Community Bank of Pickens County, Lake Arrowhead, and Wellstar.

The deadline to purchase tickets is Oct. 11.

"The chamber is excited to partner with the city of Canton and our other supporting sponsors for this year’s Women in Business event. Women from all types and sizes of businesses will be provided with confidence-building guided by KC Sullivan of Curating Confidence along with communication advice from Masi Willis, The Mason Effect," said Chamber President and CEO Pam Carnes. "These high energy sessions, along with a lively round of ‘speed networking,’ will equip attendees with takeaways for both their professional and personal lives. We look forward to learning alongside KC and Masi who are both gifted Cherokee County businesswomen."

For tickets and more information, visit CherokeeChamber.com , or call the chamber office at 770-345-0400.
