CHURCH HILL — The University School Lady Bucs blanked Volunteer 3-0 in a nonconference match to wrap up the regular season on Thursday, Oct. 3.

It was senior night for the Lady Falcons, who honored seniors Bre Dykes, Kendall Stapleton, Courtney Bellamy and Terrilynn Calhoun and their families in a ceremony before the game.

Volunteer, which finished second in the conference, earned a semifinal berth in the District 2-AA girls soccer tournament. The Lady Falcons (4-10-1) will host No. 3 Grainger on Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 6:30 p.m. The winner advances to the district championship game on Thursday, Oct. 10, and earns a berth in next week’s Region 1-AA tournament.

Senior night photos will be published, as space permits, in a future edition of The Rogersville Review.
