Crack in the eggs, then add the sour cream, vegetable oil, and warm coffee, then beat them for about 5 minutes until thick and combined.Step 2Add the semi-sweet chocolate chunks and stir them until evenly distributed. Divide the batter in a cupcake pan lined with cupcake liners making sure to fill each about 1/3 of the way full, then place them in the preheated oven, and let them bake for about 16 to 18 minutes.Step 3Remove the cupcakes from the pan, then transfer them to a wire rack, and let them cool completely. Add the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, then heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, and make sure to stir every 8 to 10 seconds until completely melted.Step 4Let it cool until slightly warm, then add the sour cream, and stir it until incorporated.
