    Lincoln County Jail docket, Monday-Wednesday, Oct. 7-9, 2024:

    • Logan Madisson Murray, 11/29/1998, 170 Pine St. N, Bude — arrested, charged with DUI (third or subsequent), misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, no seat belt, no/expired tag, careless driving, no auto insurance, by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
    • Lakeita Browder, 03/27/1980, 303 S Washington No. 1 — arrested, charged with possession of paraphernalia, by Brookhaven Police Department.
    • Donald Ray Howell Jr., 08/22/1964, 1208 Palmer St. — arrested on MDOC warrant, by Mississippi Department of Corrections.
    • Desmond D. Markham, 01/24/1994, 297 Marr St. — arrested, charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to sell x2, possession/sale/transfer of stolen firearm, possession of weapon by convicted felon, bench warrant, city warrant, by BPD.
    • Dervern Harron, 04/29/1994, 4085 E Minnesota St. — arrested, charged with aggravated assault with use of deadly weapon, by BPD.
    • Austin Bailey Graves, 11/03/2002, 936 Apricot No. 1 — arrested, charged with DUI first, no driver license, no auto insurance, improper parking, disorderly conduct/disobeying lawful order, resisting or obstructing arrest, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
