It either was due to a faulty mechanical failure of the vehicle or the woman could have been texting or talking on her cellphone! All I have to say to this that this matter needs to be fully investigated! Meanwhile, my heart and sympathy goes out to the deceased 85 year old elderly lady’s grieving family for their tragic loss!
