Did I miss anything. Did they say any reason that she may have had. Was it her dog. I’m saying this be because I’m an animal lover. Dogs not so much for cats. But I had a neighbor that did this years ago and he was arrested. After fighting it in court costing him lots of money we found out that another neighbor a few houses down had captured it all on video. It wasn’t his dog to start off with and the video showed a guy that was talking to his neighbor. For some reason the neighbor and this guy went in the back yard to look at something and the guy tied his dog to the ball on the truck. It showed the dog laid down under the truck and when the owner of the truck came out he got in his truck and left. Not knowing he had a dog tied to the truck. The owner of the dog stayed quiet because he was scared to get in trouble yet let that guy go to jail and he had nothing to do with the whole thing. His yard his truck and he went to jail.
