Absolutely not. One of the reasons housing costs are so high is due to Colorado's open space policy. By restricting the land that can be used for housing, the price of the land that can be developed skyrockets as well as forcing homes to be built so close together you can pass a cup of coffee between homes. Colorado residents complain that inflation has priced them out of being able to buy homes, and here is the first cause of rising home prices. Vote no on "Open Spaces"!
