people in vehicles here already cannot follow road signs. what in the world would make an atv driver?? last week a nekoosa man died because he cut off a truck. yea this is really what rapids needs. that's a hard no for me. the bad drivers ruin it for the good ones. I live in city limits to avoid the country noise. if I wanted it, I'd live outside of the city limit.
