    yes, I guess if you slow traffic on a highway to less than 15 mph, you will reduce accidents. That defeated the purpose of the bypass. who ever designs the highway system needs to be fired. worst newer construction in the area, highway 77 north of weigh station, north of Fremont. who the hell puts a U-turn in the middle of a divided highway.
