    and who keeps the money Oregon of course. just like they tax you 3 to 4 dollars more for cigarettes cause there addicting yet the stores that sale them don't give out free pallets on how to quit or products like nicoett or patches like I said they keep the money in fact we should have a massive lawsuit on this matter right here
