    It’s free and people are surprised there’s a waiting list. What morons. Pro tip, pay a little an go to a private/parochial program. As for wages for the employees, just like fast food….anything that can be done at home with minimal skill won’t (at least shouldn’t) pay very much in wages. Basic common sense. Start tinkering around with this truism and the whole system gets whacked out. Case in point, CA fast food workers now complaining they need $25 an hour at a minimum. Utter madness.
