Spurs vs. Magic: Preseason Odds, Injury Report, How to Watch

    By Jonah Kubicek,

After losing to the Oklahoma City Thunder to kick off the preseason, the San Antonio Spurs will host the Orlando Magic, who are coming off a first-round exit at the hands of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the playoffs last season. The Spurs, after resting Victor Wembanyama and Chris Paul in the preseason debut, will keep them in the lineup for tonight's matchup.

With Devin Vassell still out for the Spurs, expect Gregg Popovich to continue to experiment and see who a viable starting point guard will be once the regular season starts.

The Magic, like the Spurs, lost their first preseason matchup, falling to the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday.

Fans will have their first chance to see Wembanyama and rookie Stephon Castle share the floor, making the game a must-watch for the Silver and Black loyal. Last season, the Spurs lost both matchups against the Magic.

In Orlando's loss to the Pelicans, stars Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero both played at least 20 minutes, so as far as preseason games go, this will likely be a high-level matchup.
