A royal author claims that Meghan Markle has a history of "alienating" friends if they displease her, leading to strained friendships and distress among those she's close to.

Ingrid Seward, a royal insider, shared: "Well, I think that Meghan has managed to alienate a lot of her former friends. She does something which is very distressing for people. She actually sort of just cuts them dead and ghosts them , as it's called."

"But to me, it's just called cutting them dead and not wanting to see them anymore. And if they upset her, that's what she does and it's very difficult to deal with somebody like that. I think that people are just fed up with Meghan."

Speaking to The Sun, Ingrid revealed that the Duchess of Sussex's behavior has led to ex-friends becoming vocal about their experiences.

Lizzie Cundy, 56, a socialite who was once close to Meghan, alleges that she was "ghosted" by the Duchess after her engagement to Prince Harry and commented on Meghan's need for Los Angeles. Additionally, after observing Meghan at the Los Angeles Children's Hospital Gala on Saturday, October 3, Ingrid accused her of "posing" and suggested her attendance may have been solely for photo opportunities, an action that has previously garnered negative attention.

Meghan's former friend, Jessica Mulroney, reportedly had a falling out with the Suits star after getting involved in a racial dispute with Canadian blogger, Sacha Exeter. Despite issuing two public apologies, Meghan has allegedly kept her distance, reports the Daily Record .

PR experts have weighed in on Meghan's recent appearance at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Gala, where she chose to re-wear a modified version of a Caroline Herrera dress she first wore three years ago, and did so without Harry by her side. The dress was noticeably altered, most notably the removal of the train that once trailed behind the gown.

Speaking to the Express, two PR gurus provided insight into Meghan's revamped look and what her solo appearance suggests about her and Harry's life in the US, four years after their move. Ashley Rossiter of MirrorMePR suggested that Meghan's choice of the red dress indicated she didn't want to be overlooked, stating: "The dress is a statement not to be ignored, but combined with the dressed-down hair and makeup."

She added, "It also presents Meghan in a more relaxed frame and alludes to a less formal and more approachable persona, as well as showing Meghan's natural beauty and figure off at her best."

THAT IS A NARCISSIST TRAIT. A minor offense or disagreement makes a narcissist feel "betrayed" and they will "cut you off" but only after they rip you to pieces with their words.
