    Mostaghimi records 1000th career dig as Giants sweep LCWM

    Tuesday night, the Le Sueur-Henderson volleyball team hosted the South Central Conference leading Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights in the final home match of the 2024 regular season. The Giants not only got the opportunity to celebrate a victory over the Knights 3-0, but also to celebrate the achievement of senior libero Maneejae Mostaghimi who recorded her 1000th career dig in the match.

    The victory is the fourth in a row for the Giants as well as the eighth in the last 10 matches as the team has found its grove approaching postseason play.

    LS-H will close out the regular season Monday, Oct. 14, when the team travels to Mankato Loyola’s Fitzgerald Campus Gym to face off against the Crusaders in a nonconference showdown. The match is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
