You know DeSantis …you need to spend some of the money you were planning for your damn golf course and focus on the Homeless solution. Madison Wisconsin was beginning to have issues with the Homeless…the city bought some property and local businesses and Hardware store donated materials and each Homeless person who was willing to abide by the rules and contracts etc.. built their own tiny huts big enough for a bed etc…size of a tent with the guidance of builders but they had to build it and put in the work. They must have a job and obey all rules. A little community and the property is in city limits close to downtown and the Capitol with the Bus stop right in front of the huts. They had a place to shelter them from the cold and a roof over their head and they were also responsible for the up keep and taking care of the grounds…individual bathrooms and showers separate building like a campground. It’s possible to help the homeless but they have to be responsible and a job
