    The Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC) announced the 2024 BIASC Hall of Legends Class of Inductees, nominated by each BIA Chapter, during the annual Building Industry Show (BIS) and Installation Gala in Temecula. The distinguished honor recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the building industry and have demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout their careers.

    The 2024 BIASC Hall of Legends Class of Inductees are as follows: Donna Deutchman, President & CEO, Homes4Families; Dr. Marilyn Ditty (Posthumous), Founder, Age Well Senior Services, Inc.; Ted Dutton, Founder, Dutton & Associates, Inc.; Patrick Fuscoe, Founder & Chairman, Fuscoe Engineering;·Wes Keusder, President, Keusder Homes; Steve Murow, Founder, Murow Development Consultants; Jeff Roos, Regional President, Lennar; Borre Winckel, Past BIA Riverside County Chapter Executive Officer.

These include the BIA Orange County Chapter Installation Gala on Saturday, November 2 nd at Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach, and the BIA Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter Installation Gala on Thursday, November 21 st at Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.
