Morris County Man Sentenced For Raping Boy Over 10 Years: Prosecutor

Juan Fernandez performed multiple sexual acts on the boy from when he was six years old until he was 16, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Montville Township Police Chief Andrew Caggiano said. Authorities said they began investigating Fernandez earlier this moth.

Fernandez pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated sexual assault, authorities said. . The last five years of his sentence will be spent at the Adult Diagnostic and Treatment Center, authorities said.

for one he should have gotten life and for two this shouldn't be in the news cause the poor child is still under age and people can link the crime to who he is. the guy should have just been put on a sex offender list and thrown in prison with life no parole. people with drug charges who need real help get life or 30 years this fucking scum bag who will always reoffend will be put in half his sentence??? What sence does this make? Rest assured they will also be give the family any heads up when he's out either. this family and child will live in fear.
